All non-member event submissions must be recommended or endorsed by an STF Member to be entitled for consideration and listing on the STF Calendar of Events website.
Only events that are relevant to tourism, hospitality, culture, business events, community-based initiatives, or related sectors will be considered.
The event organizer is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all information submitted.
STF shall not be held liable for any misinformation provided by the organizer.
All submissions are subject to review and approval by STF.
STF reserves the right to approve, reject, or request amendments to any submission without obligation to provide justification.
STF reserves the right to edit submitted content for clarity, format, length, and consistency while maintaining the original intent of the event.
Approval for listing does not imply endorsement of the event by STF.
STF may remove or update any event listing if information becomes outdated, inaccurate, or if the event no longer meets STF criteria.
Events listed must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and local authority requirements.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
STF reserves the final decision on all event listings.
STF shall not be responsible for event cancellation, postponement, or any disputes arising from the event.
